87Stream ("we", "our", "us") is operated by an individual developer based in the United Kingdom. This policy explains what data we collect when you use the 87Stream mobile app and this website.

1. Data We Collect

Account information — your name and email address when you sign up
Match data — scores, deliveries, player statistics you enter while scoring
Camera and microphone — used only during live streaming; video is sent directly to YouTube or Instagram and is not stored by us
Highlight clips — short video clips (±15 seconds) saved automatically on boundaries and wickets, stored via Cloudinary
YouTube tokens — OAuth tokens that allow 87Stream to create and manage YouTube Live broadcasts on your behalf; stored securely in our database
Usage data — basic app usage analytics to improve the product

2. How We Use Your Data

To provide live scoring, streaming, and highlights features
To generate AI commentary using match event data (sent to Anthropic's Claude API — no personal data is included)
To display player and season statistics within the app
To send your stream to YouTube or Instagram via your connected account

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted in the EU (London region). Highlight clips and audio files are stored via Cloudinary (CDN, EU servers where available). We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

Supabase — database and authentication (privacy policy)
Anthropic — AI commentary generation (privacy policy)
ElevenLabs — text-to-speech voice generation (privacy policy)
Cloudinary — video and audio clip storage (privacy policy)
Google / YouTube — live stream delivery (privacy policy)

5. Your Rights (UK GDPR)

As a UK resident you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Delete Account within the app. For any other requests, email privacy@87stream.co.uk.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all personal data, match records, and highlight clips are permanently deleted within 30 days.

7. Children

87Stream is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
